FIND / a Better Price.

When two products are the same

Model names are a starting point, not the entire identity.

Check the whole presentation

Compare brand and model together with size, color, capacity, concentration, condition and package contents. A camera body and a camera kit can share a model while being different purchases. A pack of three is priced as one full presentation, not divided into an imaginary single-item offer.

For example, a 50 mL eau de parfum and a 100 mL eau de toilette are different presentations even if the name and bottle look alike. A protective case that mentions a phone model is an accessory, not that phone. These are identity examples, not current offers.

Identifiers need context

A GTIN or manufacturer part number can help link evidence. A retailer stock code is generally meaningful inside that retailer, not proof that another seller has the same item. Generic searches can discover candidates without proving an exact match.

Uncertainty is useful information

EXACT, LIKELY, POSSIBLE, SIMILAR and UNKNOWN describe different evidence states. A similar alternative remains a different product. More detail or a clearer selected image can help; a confidence percentage is not published without calibration.
