FIND / a Better Price.
Marketplaces, sellers and condition
The platform name is not always the seller.
Know who fulfills the sale
A marketplace can host several sellers for the same listing. Merchant, actual seller, product condition, package and permitted destination must be distinguishable. FIND does not process the payment or handle the merchant return.
Reviews describe different things
Product reviews describe a product; seller feedback describes a seller. They are separate, optional signals with their own source and age. Missing feedback does not become a perfect score and does not by itself exclude an otherwise eligible offer.
A permitted route is essential
Physical consumer goods need an eligible online purchase route with home delivery. Pickup-only, reservation-only or business-only offers do not establish consumer eligibility. Digital delivery remains a separate supported case.
